Project's Goals
The project moves from the following needs:

To define Development Plan of VET organizations according to the main changes and trends of the EU Education and Training policy with a particular focus on:

Europe 2020 strategy;
-
Youth employment situation and the Youth Guarantee priorities and actions;
-
Recognition and validation of non-formal and informal competences;
-
Education and training needs of young people (IVET);
-
EU measures to facilitate insertion in the labour market and social and job inclusion;
-
Social economy.

To identify strategies in order to raise awareness on the above mentioned topics among the VET staff of the partner organizations;
-
To create a common framework for the governance of the mobility actions and on the competences validation and recognition based on the previous partnership experiences.
Activities
The project will organize 6 outgoing mobility actions, each one addressed to 10 participants.
The topics of the mobilities will be as follows:
-
Recognition and Validation of non-formal and informal competences – ECVET MODEL. This will be the topic of two mobilities that will take place in Brussels, hosted by CEC – Comité Européen de Coordination, a network made up of 20 organizations (VET Organisations, Social coperatives, Social Companies…) from 13 EU countries.

Apprenticenship training, on the job training, cooperation in training of VET and companies. This topic will be addressed in Strasburg where the partners will be host by Apprentice D’Ateuil, a VET Freanch network with a sounded exterience in the field of dual training system and job insertion in social companies

Connection between VET, Social Companies and job inclusion. The last two mobilities will take place again in Brussels and they will be host by ENSIE (European Network of Social Integration Enterprises).
