KA1 – Learning Mobility of Individuals
Mobility and exchange experiences for students and trainers are one of the key activities promoted by ENAC for Canossian schools and training centers.
The development of European and global citizenship:
- A vision able to interpret the evolution of the “world”
- The development of European and global citizenship
- The social and civic engagement of individuals in a multicultural society
During the 2014-2020 programme period, ENAC obtained Erasmus+ VET Mobility Charter certification, which was renewed for the 2021-2027 period, obtaining Erasmus+ Accreditation for Vocational Education and Training.
Erasmus+ Accreditation is the most authoritative certification issued only to institutions that offer high-quality educational mobility activities. Stable access to funding allows them to focus on long-term goals and enhance the European dimension and quality of mobility.
ENAC also supports the consortium of Canossian Schools that have obtained Erasmus+ Accreditation for School Education.
ENAC supports Canossa Campus, an accredited educational institution that acts as the lead partner in the consortium for all Canossian schools.
As the coordinating body for a multi-beneficiary project and with the contribution of the Erasmus Plus INDIRE National Agency, Canossa Campus is accredited for the mobility of students and staff within the Erasmus+ project (KA121-SCH), the European Union program in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport, for the period 2021-2027. JOURNEY TO EXCELLENCE – J2E COMPLETED PROJECT
“J2E – Journey to Excellence: enhancing professional competences of VET staff in WBL” was created to respond to these new challenges and to improve the skills of the staff of the vocational training centers participating in the project in the management of WBL courses, giving 40 vocational education and training operators (trainers, tutors, coordinators, planners, and directors) to compare organizational and teaching models from other countries where WBL training (work-based learning/apprenticeships) has achieved good results and has a more established tradition.

DUAL TRAINING THROUGH MOBILITY – DUAL MOB COMPLETED PROJECT
DUAL MOB promotes the development of key and technical professional skills required by companies through WBL (work-based learning) experiences abroad, to be carried out within training courses (3rd/4th year, newly qualified/graduates), enhancing the results to facilitate the future entry of young participants into the world of work or to continue their studies.

“EU gives you WINGS” comes from the need to strengthen one of the most important key skills in the current economic context among students attending vocational education and training courses: a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The best way to transfer these skills is through experiences that promote learning by doing, among which international mobility experiences and active teaching methods are of great importance.

FRIENDLY EUROPE COMPLETED PROJECT
“FRIENDLY EUROPE” aims to create 30 internships in two EU countries: France and Belgium. The beneficiaries are professionals in education and vocational training who work in private and public educational agencies, decision-makers in education, vocational training, active labor market policies, and social cohesion, technicians in the design, validation, and recognition of skills from the world of vocational training, guidance counselors, job coaching experts, apprenticeship experts, and employment service experts.

CROSS CULTURAL TRAINING – CCT COMPLETED PROJECT
The project called “CROSS-CULTURAL TRAINING” ran from September 1, 2009, to December 31, 2010. The aim of the project was to share and learn about best practices for promoting intercultural dialogue, practices that have been adopted within the organization in terms of both methodology and content, as well as other elements that are specific to vocational training and education courses, observed among the host European partners.
