KA3 – Support to policy development and cooperation
Key Action 3 supports policy cooperation at EU level, thereby contributing to the implementation of existing policies and the development of new policies that can trigger modernization and reforms at EU and systemic level in the fields of education, training, youth, and sport.
TOVET – Together for Future VETskills

The project
The project was created to respond to some common challenges that many European countries are facing in the field of professional training. On the one hand, vocational training is still considered a fallback option and is unattractive to young people and families. On the other hand, companies are demanding an increasingly skilled workforce that is difficult to find, which is causing a slowdown in the economy.
Finally, it is increasingly clear that young people need to be equipped with solid key skills in order to adapt to a constantly changing world.I destinatari principali sono:
• Internal: management, staff, and students of vocational training centers.
• External: other vocational training institutions and their networks at local, regional, national, and European level, as well as government agencies and other regulatory bodies.
The objectives
The objectives of the project are:
- make skills and competences more visible and comparable in the European labor market
- actively promote the image of VET by sharing success stories, best practices, innovations, and tools, disseminating them during European Skills Week
Activities and methodologies
Expected results:
- consolidation of the international networks of partners participating in the project;
- knowledge of new partners to encourage future student/staff mobility and/or new projects that enable the development of new successful practices in VET.
- consortium members will be able to strengthen the role of the internationalization strategy and will have the opportunity to link it more closely to the overall development of the organization. They will learn to recognize the skills and competences that staff have acquired during mobility and to take advantage of them in their own organization.
