From a rookie to an expert –internationalisation pathways for vocational education and training (VET) trainers
On the one hand, working life is becoming increasingly multicultural, while on the other, the labour market is becoming increasingly international, requiring international skills and competences. Vocational education and training (VET) trainers are increasingly required to possess these skills in order to guide and prepare students.
